As of the 1^st of July 2010 CFGM is unable to accept any new applications for Salford, Stockport, Manchester, Trafford, Tameside and Oldham. Please be advised that if you complete a form after this date, it will be returned to you unprocessed.

Please read the following text before beginning your application:

• You are a not-for-profit, third sector voluntary or community group, active in your local community for not less than 12 months prior to 30 Jul 2010
• You have an evidenced income of less than £30,000 per annum, taken as an average income for the last three financial years (or over the life of the group if it is less then three years old).
• You are volunteer led (i.e. with largely volunteer based input)
• You are connected with and/or meeting the needs of the local community
• You have a governing document that has as a minimum the name, aim/purpose, objects, a dissolution clause for the organisation, a list of Trustees/Committee members, and Trustees/Committee member signatures
