• You are a voluntary or community group with a written constitution (grants cannot be made to individuals or statutory organisations, including PCT's and schools)
• You have an evidenced income of less than £50,000 in the last year
• You are connected with and/or meeting the needs of the local community
• You are working in a disadvantaged or deprived area within the Leeds Metropolitan district
• Your work has a sustained beneficial impact on people's lives that are excluded or disadvantaged through low income, rural or social isolation, age, disability, race, sexuality or gender
