Please read the following text before beginning your application:

• You should be a small, locally based organisation working in an area of disadvantage
• You should be working to support people who are excluded or disadvantaged through low income, rural or social isolation, age, disability, race, sexuality or gender
• You have a governing document that has as a minimum the name, aim/purpose, objects, a dissolution clause for the organisation, a list of Trustees/Committee members, and Trustees/Committee member signatures
• Your project must fit one of the following criteria
  • A Sports project that increases access to sport and exercise for people who face social exclusion and isolation OR helps people who are experiencing difficulties in their lives
  • A community project that: increases local services; or builds skills of local people; or increases community cohesion or responds to local economic needs
