Please read the following before beginning your application:

You can use this link to the on-line application form to apply for a grant from any of the funds administered by Thames Community Foundation except Grassroots Grants and Comic Relief Local Communities Fund. Each of these two funds has its own separate link which can be found in the relevant section of the Thames Community Foundation website.

Before going further with your application, please ensure that your group satisfies the following conditions:

Ø You are a not-for-profit voluntary and/or community group or a registered charity based in one of the seven London boroughs which comprise Thames Community Foundation’s area of benefit. These boroughs are: Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton and Wandsworth.

Ø Your group is working for the benefit of residents in one of the seven London boroughs which comprise Thames Community Foundation’s area of benefit.

Ø You have a governing document that has, as a minimum, the name of the group, its purpose, aims and objectives, a dissolution clause, a list of at least three trustees and/or management committee members

Ø Your group has its own bank account with at least two unrelated account signatories

Ø Your group and the project to be funded meet the eligibility criteria of the fund for which you are applying and you are aware of the maximum grant that you may apply for (if in doubt, please re-check fund criteria on Thames Community Foundation website).
