• You are a voluntary or community group with a written constitution (grants cannot be made to individuals or statutory organisations, including PCT's and schools)
• You have an evidenced income of less than £50,000 in the last year
• You are connected with and/or meeting the needs of the local community
• Your group is based within the local authority boundary of Norwich City Council
